Complaints & Content Removal Policy

This policy explains how to report content that may be illegal, non-consensual, infringing or otherwise prohibited.

How to report content

Any person may report content that they believe is illegal, non-consensual, infringes rights, violates our policies, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable law, payment-provider requirements or card-brand standards.

Reports may be sent to support@frejanorvik.com. Please include enough information to identify the content concerned, the reason for the complaint, and any supporting information that may assist our review.

Review timeframe

Complaints and content removal requests will be reviewed and resolved within five business days of receipt whenever reasonably possible. Content may be restricted or removed temporarily while a review is in progress.

Review process

We will assess the reported content and any relevant information, including questions of legality, consent, age, likeness rights, copyright, prohibited content, payment-provider rules and card-brand requirements.

Possible outcomes

Following review, content may be removed, restricted, unpublished, retained, or otherwise actioned as appropriate. Accounts may also be restricted, suspended or terminated where necessary.

Appeals

A person affected by a decision may request reconsideration by contacting support@frejanorvik.com and providing the reasons for the appeal together with any relevant supporting information.

Persons depicted in content

Any person who believes that they are depicted in content on the site may request removal by contacting support@frejanorvik.com.

If our investigation determines that valid consent was not given, or that consent is void under applicable law, the relevant content will be removed.

If there is a disagreement regarding such an appeal, Bocasatres SL will allow the matter to be resolved by a neutral body at Bocasatres SL's expense.

Human trafficking

Bocasatres SL does not condone human sex trafficking or any form of human trafficking. Suspected instances of human trafficking will be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Copyright and rights complaints

Copyright, likeness, privacy, consent and other rights-related complaints may also be submitted to support@frejanorvik.com.
