Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Freja Norvik website, member experience and related services.

Operator

Freja Norvik is operated by Bocasatres SL, NIF B19581958, registered at C/ Del Puente 3 - Urbanizacion El Pirata, 20, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction. Access is not permitted where such content or services are prohibited by applicable law.

Membership

Paid membership grants a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to access member content while the applicable subscription remains entitled to access.

Billing and cancellation

Recurring billing is processed by an approved third-party payment provider. The applicable price and billing interval are displayed before checkout. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls.

Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse an already completed billing period, except where required by applicable law or the payment provider's rules. Access normally continues through the applicable paid membership period.

Fictional digital persona and AI-assisted content

Freja Norvik is a fictional digital persona. Visual content may be created, generated, edited or enhanced using generative AI and related digital production technologies. Published content is selected and reviewed before release through a merchant-controlled publishing process.

Prohibited content and conduct

The service must not be used to create, request, distribute, promote or facilitate unlawful, non-consensual, infringing, deceptive or otherwise prohibited content or conduct.

Prohibited content and conduct includes, without limitation:

• deepfakes or unauthorized use of the image, likeness or identity of a real person;
• content involving minors, apparent minors, or age-ambiguous subjects in sexual or exploitative contexts;
• non-consensual sexual content or scenarios, including sleeping, unconscious or otherwise non-consenting subjects;
• incest-related sexual content or scenarios;
• bestiality, animal sexual content or animal cruelty;
• violence, abduction, snuff or fantasy-snuff content or scenarios;
• sexual activity involving impaired consent, including intoxication, drugs, alcohol or hypnosis;
• prostitution, escorting or sexual-services solicitation;
• illegal activity or instructions intended to facilitate illegal activity;
• hate speech or unlawful discriminatory content;
• copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected third-party material;
• any content prohibited by applicable law, payment-provider rules or card-brand requirements.

Content moderation and review

Content is not automatically published directly from an AI system. Content intended for publication is subject to merchant review and may be rejected, withheld, unpublished or removed where it is considered unlawful, non-consensual, infringing, unsafe, misleading, prohibited by these Terms, or inconsistent with applicable payment-provider or card-brand requirements.

Rights, consent and likenesses

We do not knowingly publish content that unlawfully uses the image or strong likeness of an identifiable real person. Where applicable, rights, consent and age-related documentation must be maintained for content involving real persons.

Content use

Member content is for personal viewing only. Republishing, reselling, redistributing, recording, scraping, copying, reverse engineering access controls or attempting to bypass membership or media protections is prohibited.

Account conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Accounts may be suspended or terminated where there is suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, attempted circumvention of access controls or other material violation of these Terms.

Changes and enforcement

These Terms and related content policies may be updated where necessary to reflect legal, payment-provider, card-brand, safety or operational requirements. We may restrict or remove access where required to protect the service, users, rights holders or payment-processing relationships.
